The Process

You can choose to use this BioCollect system to either: a) Collect the data for your project (follow the full process - a short wizard will lead you through it), or b) Just use it to put your project into the project catalogue so that people can find it (stop at just completing the project registration template.

To make this choice, answer the question "Do you want to record your project data on this site?" at the top of the project registration template as appropriate.

You can also:

1) **Add people as members of the project** (they must have an account on the Atlas of Living Australia) and give them appropriate roles. 2) **Upload all kinds of resources** and choose to make them public or only available to members of the project. 3) **Announce coming project events** and your calendar of key dates using the "News and events" feature. 4) **Tell people about what the project is achieving** in the form of "Project stories". 5) Use the audit function to **monitor activity in the project**
