Moonee Valley - AJ Davis Reserve

Site description

Planting of 4,050 trees adjacent to Steele Creek, which is a tributary of the Maribyrnong River. Planting at this site will enhance the Maribyrnong River Nature Link as identified in the Regional Catchment Strategy. Planting will be in keeping with the Steele Creek Linear Park Master Plan. AJ Davis Reserve is the largest open space reserve in Airport West with Steele Creek flowing through it and the major linear reserve system from Airport West Easement linking to it as well.
