Getting started

Data packages for the Index of Biodiversity Surveys for Assessments (IBSA) are prepared by proponents and collected by the Western Australian Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, Environmental Protection Authority and Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety during assessment and compliance processes. It is these agencies, not proponents, that then submit the data packages to IBSA.
