Use this form to record the results of your transect survey observations. This transect should be re-surveyed on a regular basis. Please note that data about the absence of birds is just as important as information about their presence and behaviour. Monitoring the same transect over time provides very important information about the species.
Location
Please enter a row for each species you saw in each of the transect quadrants. Please use the quadrant identifiers as shown in the transect image. If you see more than one sighting within a quadrant, add another row for that quadrant. Remember that a record of having done the survey and not seen anything is still valuable information.
